Exhibition stand with a gaming station for Corteva Agriscience at the Agritechnica 2019

Corteva hired us to build an exhibition stand to strengthen their umbrella brand. At the same time, it was important for the subsidiaries not to fall behind. The customer’s two main products were to perfectly presented as exhibits. In addition, room was needed for talks with clients as well as flexible presentation technology. Corteva is sponsor of the computer game "Farming Simulator", so we set up a gaming station at the stand.

Holtmann acted as general contractor for this exhibition stand and thus developed the stand design, ensured a smooth experience during assembly and disassembly. Plus, we took care of perfectly functioning technology. The project had several challenges, among others, last-minute technical and structural adjustments as well as the installation of extensive and complex media technology. Various content was to be shown on different screens with flexible transition options. Some presentations also needed sound for which we installed a public address system. However, the sound system was also used for moderation, so flexible switching was needed here as well.

After successfully developing the design and receiving approval by the client, we expertly implemented flooring, cross beams, walls, electrical and lighting installations, technical fixtures and fittings as well as the stand equipment with bar and kitchen area. On top of that, we furnished the space for the computer game. We were also responsible for graphics, assembly and disassembly – where we took over the lead. Furthermore, we were tasked with coordination, monitoring and documentation as well as approval.

Needless to say, Holtmann fully supported the client Corteva from start to finish with excellent project management, interface planning, site management and supervision.

The customer was very satisfied with our solution. We have already received further requests for smaller fairs in January and February 2020 and hope to be able to implement the Field Days 2020 again with agency Gilhaus for Corteva.
